I work with clean, skin-loving products and a gentle, personalized approach, so every service is tailored just for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you so much for respecting my policies when booking — it helps me give every client the time, care, and attention they absolutely deserve. Deposits • All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. • Deposits are tied to one appointment only and can’t be transferred. • If you cancel and rebook, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. • To cancel, text me at (951) 533-0660 or message me on Instagram @urtruth.co — online cancellations aren’t available. Late Cancellations • Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service charged. No-Call / No-Show • Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service fee charged. Arrival Policy • A 10-minute grace period is given; after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • No extra guests unless it’s for a booked bundle (like permanent jewelry + a dual service) or a private party. Payments & Card on File • A card is required on file when booking — it will not be charged until after your service. • I accept Afterpay, Venmo, any form of card, exact cash, and Zelle. Afterpay is available so you can get what you truly want without worrying about paying it all at once. Permanent Jewelry & Private Events • A deposit is required to secure your date for private events and permanent jewelry parties— the amount varies depending on your party size and material choices. • Once you inquire, I’ll send over an invoice before confirming all the details. You can choose your preferred payment option and make payments over time if needed. • Payment plans and Afterpay are available to make things easier. • Discounted group rates are available for larger gatherings — message me for a personalized quote.
